I slept good again last night and had alot of energy.
Did laundry and went shopping.
Cooked quinoa, and baked a yam.
I found a new toothpaste that I really like.
My herbs are still growing well, as well as the potted flowers in bloom.
I'm happy.

What a great day!
Today I walked around the mall and got my errands done. It was wonderful to have energy.
Tomorrow I start another treatment cycle. Exciting - gets me another step closer to remission.
So great to hear that!
Woke early today.
Doctor's appointment, seems things are going well, that's always good news.
Saw lots of quail out front this afternoon.
Just relaxed.
Listened to my favorite music station.
Was a good day.
Today I didn’t do much except relax and catch up on sleep.
it is nice to catch up on rest and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Slept in late today.
Did some cooking.
Had lunch out back on the patio, watched hummingbirds and listened to the wind rustle the leaves of the trees.
Thanked God for all the good things in my life.
Woke up early today.
Slept well.
My rx's were ready to pickup, did that.
Stopped at my dad's house and dug out old photo albums and looked through them which
brought back great memories.
Had some root soup for lunch and played with Esther for awhile.
Productive and relaxing day.
Ally, I love hummingbirds. We have them in our backyard in the summer. Hope you’re having a great day! Jen
Woke up and felt better from last night. Played with my dog and enjoyed watching him act silly.
That is a great picture!!
Have you noticed that hummingbirds come in all different colors? We had one that was a brilliant neon green. The same birds seem to return each summer.
Yea, I know. The colors are all so different. Did you ever see that PBS documentary show on hummingbirds? It was fascinating. I found this pic of this lady who feeds them and they come every year through her area. I had one come on my finger once.

That is a cool picture!!
I didn’t see the documentary. I will look for it though. Do you remember the name?
I would be a little scared to handle them with my bare hands. I rescued one from a spider web one time. Luckily his wings weren’t damaged and I was able to set him free.
I think it was called "Hummingbirds :Magic in the Air"
One flew into my sunscreen in back portch and got stuck there. so I had to push his beak and it was pointy, but he took off flying soon as I push his beak back for him.
I'm afraid of them going into my eyes more than my hands. We have alot of quail here too and they are adorable when they have little tiny babies following them all over. They come in my yard sometimes, they can fly over the walls. Esther flips out when she sees them.
I woke up very early today.
Had breakfast and enjoyed looking out at my flowers.
Played with Esther the cat and watched her have fun in her catnip.
Cranked the heat up and stayed nice and warm in the house.
Listened to music.
Ally, the baby quail sound cute. Your yard sounds beautiful. Is it warm there throughout the year?
Jen
Jen,
Jen,
I'm laughing. My yard "used" to be beautiful, but I couldn't do the flowers and digging and trimming etc anymore, lightning hit my palo verde tree and it's gone, my orange and lemon trees died, and the tree out front got tore up by a wind storm, it's gone too, then lightening hit the light pole out front and totally destroyed a brand new flat screen tv, and my drip line broke down.
God works in mysterious ways because I'm not hurting myself anymore trying to take care of it all. I donated my rose bushes. Now I have only cactus that bloom. Low maintenance. I managed to get a new tv from the company, so that was a blessing. Things always work out for the best.
My neighbors have trees and flowers, bushes and the hummingbirds and animals come anyway. I put flowers and herbs in pots and it's still nice, just different. Much easier.
It's winter now and in the 50's to 60's. Most of year is warm and beautiful, sunny, summer is blistering hot, triple digits. I like the heat and the sunshine. You can get real spoiled living here. :')
Ally
I slept late today.
My tummy is feeling better.
Had the opportunity to help my dad today with a problem he was having.
Prayed extra hard for those who need help.
Kept warm and did some reading.
A good day.
Today I played with the stray cat who has moved to our deck. She came inside for a short time and I held her.
Said prayers for Jeremiah.
Watched some tv and did errands.
