My husband already uses something like this in conjunction with the Veteran's Administration Hospital here in the US, it is not as compact, but it is a device he docks his iphone in, the blood pressure cuff, hooks up, the diabetic test strip is inserted, and it sends the VA his blood pressure, heart rate, glucose levels, and who knows what else! It saves trips over and back, and he uses it daily, rather than going there biweekly or monthly!
