Okay So I was diagnosed in 2016. Since then I have spoken to several doctors and now am faced with different treatment opportunities. I have been on oral antibiotics for a year and last summer was abruptly taken off of them when the doctor I had got shut down by the fbi. I am now at a different doctor and he suggested IV treatment. I am unsure what I want to do. I talked to two doctors and one put me back on antibiotics right away but never got me retested. The second doctor got me retested so that insurance would cover the treatment. I am worried that if I go back to oral antibiotics I won’t test positive if they don’t work and then I can’t get the IV treatment through insurance. I’m not sure what to do…
