Diagnosis Confusion

Hi everyone, I need some help from others who are familiar with Lyme. For the last three years I have been working on getting a diagnosis. I have 6 out of 9 early symptoms and 9 out of 12 late symptoms. I have been to several doctors and been told everything from a fainting disorder, possible heart condition as well as a whole bunch of other smaller things. I saw a specialist and the western blot came back negative and I let it go, but now roughly a year later I have having a lot of issues again. Is this something to consider or should I just listen to the specialist? Open to any suggestions, thanks so much
